Samuel Mok is a professional economist, project leader and procurement specialist. Specializing in the initiation and project planning phases, he helps public and private sector entities set up their projects and procurements correctly. This has enabled his clients to successfully deliver billions of dollars’ worth of critical infrastructure across Canada on time, on scope and on budget.
As a professional economist, he has designed economic models which have changed the way public sector entities understand costs and benefits. As a procurement specialist, he has successfully procured critical infrastructure and supported significant initiatives, which includes developing new police headquarters and restructuring an atomic energy agency. As a project management professional he has delivered projects across multiple asset classes, from real property to multimodal transportation.
